Who operates this site
IntoConvert is the free file converter published on this website. It converts images, audio, video, documents, and spreadsheets. It does not open an account for you, it does not sell a subscription, and it does not keep a library of uploaded files.
Files are processed, not stored
A file you convert is uploaded to the IntoConvert server that is running this site, and only so the selected format can be produced. It is not forwarded to another conversion website. When the download is sent, the temporary working copy is deleted. Anything still left in the temporary folder is removed within one hour. File contents are not sold, not published, and not used to train a model.
No account and no profile
You do not sign in. IntoConvert does not ask for your name, email address, or a password, and it does not build a profile from the documents you convert. A short technical log may record the time, the source format, the target format, and whether the conversion succeeded. That log does not include the file name you chose or the contents of the file.
What stays on your device
IntoConvert does not keep your file after the download. The browser may remember the language and the light or dark appearance you chose, and whether you closed the short notice. Those choices stay on the device. They are not an account, and they are not the file. IntoConvert does not set an advertising cookie and does not load an analytics tag. The page typeface is requested from Google Fonts. The cookie policy describes the file rule in full.
Changes and questions
This policy is updated when the service changes. The date above is the date of this text. A person in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye can ask what personal data this site holds. The honest answer is that there is no account record to send. Questions go to the operator of this website. A deleted file cannot be retrieved, because it was not kept.
