Why SVG to PNG exists
SVG to PNG is for a logo, icon, or diagram that has to land somewhere SVG is refused: a slide, a document, a marketplace image slot, or an older app. The SVG is drawn and saved as a bitmap. That PNG is sharp at the size it was drawn. It does not stay sharp if you later stretch it the way the original SVG would.
Use SVG to PNG when the receiver wants a picture file. Keep the SVG when the receiver can place a vector and you still need to scale it. IntoConvert does not turn the PNG back into the original vectors.
Clear backgrounds and the address
PNG can keep a transparent background, so a logo drawn on nothing stays on nothing. If you later convert that PNG to JPG, the clear pixels become white. Do the JPG step only when white is acceptable.
The page is /svg-to-png. Drop the .svg file and download the PNG. The limit is 150 MB, which is more than a normal icon needs. The upload is deleted after the download.
